We all come into adulthood with years of previous lived experience that influence how we show up and engage with the world around us in a way that is unique to every individual. Just as our lived experiences are unique to us, therapy should be as well. I am excited to offer both traditional individual therapy and concierge packages that can be structured to better suite your needs and desired level of therapeutic support.

I am passionate about supporting women in their transition into motherhood as well as individuals working through significant life transitions, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.

In our work together I will use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy to best address your needs and support your goals.

Individual Therapy

One on one weekly sessions in a calm and supportive office space. I am eager to learn about who you are and what you bring to the world. This style of therapy is perfect for the individual that is looking for traditional weekly appointments with their therapist.

Concierge Counseling

Customized to meet your needs, discover a whole new way of feeling supported during life’s most challenging times. Concierge counseling offers direct access to your therapist between sessions via email, phone, and secure messaging. Increased flexibility of session frequency and duration to meet your needs. This unique service is perfect for the individual that is going through a more intensive life transition and looking for more contact and support than your traditional weekly meetings.
