Feeling lost in the transition to motherhood? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Support for when motherhood feels heavy, confusing, or lonely
Are you feeling full of love for your baby and also overwhelmed by the thrust into motherhood?
Are you feeling so over the moon with your little love and also confused by this new version of you that you haven’t quite found yet?
I work with women who are finding their way through the often messy transition into motherhood. Many of the women I support feel overwhelmed by the mental and emotional load, stretched thin by the demands of caring for others, or disconnected from themselves in this new role. You may feel unsure how to integrate who you were with who you are becoming.
I help women reconnect with themselves and grow into their confidence as mothers.
Through thoughtful, compassionate therapy, I support women in moving from self-doubt to self-trust during the transition into motherhood.
What to Expect in Therapy With me
I believe in the power of relationships, both professional and personal, and I strive to bring that into the therapeutic space. I believe in everyone’s innate capacity for growth and fulfillment and have created this space to nurture that growth in you.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a lighthearted sense of humor when it feels appropriate. I work as a realist — offering validation and support while also being honest and grounded in what will actually help you move forward.
Therapy with me includes thoughtful reflection, open and honest conversation, and gentle challenge when needed. This is a space where you can feel understood without being placated, supported without being pushed, and met with care while staying connected to what’s real.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with yourself beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and constant pull to “hold it all together.”
